EU DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE
We, Petainer Lidköping AB, confirm that the product:

PET Bottle Clear 100% Recycled PET (ECOCLEAR + CLEANPET)

fulfills the requirements on materials intended to come into contact with food as described in:

Regulation 1935/2004 / EC of 27.10.2004, Regulation 2023/2006 / EC of 22.12.2006, Regulation (EU) NO 10/2011 of 14.01.2011 with any subsequent reprints and amendments, Directive 97/48 / EC of 29.7.1997. XNUMX.

Resin in this product: 100% Recycled PET

The material is a PET polymer made from terephthalic acid (PTA), isophathalic acid (IPA) and monoethylene glycol (MEG).

Specification on the use
This product is suitable for use in contact with dry, aqueous, acid and alcoholic up to 20% volume percent alcohol.

Methods
EN 1186-9: 2002 *: Test method for overall migration into aqueous food simulant by filling articles.
EN 1185-2009 *: The analysis of metals in food simulant was determined with ICP-AES. The migration were performed according to EN1186 (filling method).
EN 13130-XX: Determination of Primary Aromatic Amines (PAAs) in food simulants.

Detection by photometric screening method.
Specific migration of metals was determined by ICP-AES.

20% Ethanol, Test conditions 10 days, 40 C °
3% Acetic Acid, Test conditions 10 days, 40 ° C
3% Acetic Acid, Test conditions 10 days, 60 ° C

Conditions of contact with food
Testing for 10 days at 40 ° C shall cover any long term storage at room temperature or below, including heating up to 70 ° C for up to 2 hours, or heating up to 100 ° C for up to 15 minutes.
